Vesta prepares for the arrival of two scientists and a dangerous prisoner. A teenage girl picked a bad time to be a stowaway, and an astronaut and her wife have a difficult decision to make about a new research program. For the crew of Vesta, the scientists and their prisoner make life difficult. And as for the girl? Well, the scientists have a plan. They always do.
